- Collaborate with the marketing planning team and partner delivery teams to manage, optimize, and provide transparency on marketing campaigns directed at our known audiences and first-party data.
- Work towards refining, enhancing, and future-proofing our existing planning, prioritization, and campaign management processes.
- Mentor and support a Marketing Planning Executive in their daily responsibilities.
- Compile ongoing annual channel forecasts and calendars to enhance planning visibility, prioritizing and optimizing strategies to align with business objectives and growth.
- Facilitate the establishment and collection of new and existing insights and performance metrics across owned channels and for our current audiences.
- Analyze and assess the performance of owned channels against key performance indicators, identifying growth opportunities and making informed recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in planning and prioritizing complex, multi-channel campaigns, particularly in direct marketing or owned channels targeting existing audience groups.
- A foundational understanding of end-to-end marketing journeys and the integration of various channels in comprehensive campaigns.
- A data-driven approach with experience in interpreting results and identifying opportunities.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relationships and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proactive in managing workload, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
What We Offer:
Every member of our team plays a vital role in our mission to combat cancer, and we value that contribution highly.
In return, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, a variety of career and personal development opportunities, and high-quality tools, policies, and processes to support your success.
Our benefits include a robust retirement plan, a generous and flexible leave policy, discounts on travel, technology, gym memberships, and much more.
We recognize the importance of work-life balance and actively promote a flexible working culture.
Our initiatives – from funding groundbreaking research to shaping public policy – are designed to make a difference in the world. We are excited to have you consider joining our team.
