About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to Professor Alison Noble CBE FRS FREng, a leading figure in Biomedical Engineering.
This role encompasses both personal assistance duties for Professor Noble and research group administration responsibilities for her team of academic colleagues within the Institute of Biomedical Engineering (IBME).
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Professor Noble's multifaceted roles, including her position as Vice President and Foreign Secretary of the Royal Society.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage complex diary schedules and travel arrangements for Professor Noble, coordinating with colleagues across various institutions and organizations.
- Provide meticulous administrative support, handling correspondence, meeting preparations, and other tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of Professor Noble's office.
- Coordinate research activities, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing communication within the research group.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
