Location: London (UK) or commutable to London

Position Overview

The Product Marketing Manager is crucial in bringing our products and services to the marketplace. This role involves designing and implementing marketing campaigns to showcase our offerings, articulating our solutions, and reinforcing our brand presence. The focus will be on particular product lines and industry segments, working closely with product management and sales teams to create clear brand narratives. As our product range continues to evolve, orchestrating effective product launches for ongoing commercial success is a significant responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers to coordinate and develop external communications for new industry offerings, highlighting key selling points and customer advantages.
  • Design, implement, and oversee product marketing initiatives, including launches, events, thought leadership, and public relations efforts.
  • Establish and maintain a campaign calendar and related activities, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.
  • Supervise the creation of sales materials and collateral, prioritizing tasks with sales/product teams and overseeing content marketing outputs.
  • Work with internal and external teams to guarantee successful participation in campaigns.
  • Lead initiatives in thought leadership to position OpSec in product markets and stay aligned with industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or product marketing with a solid foundation in core marketing principles.
  • Experience in B2B environments, particularly in brand services.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strategic mindset capable of developing clear propositions and messaging.
  • Familiarity with events, digital marketing, and collateral creation.
  • Experience working with internal creative teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

  • A degree in marketing/business or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience with Pragmatic Marketing frameworks is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or marketing communications are advantageous.
