Promotions Marketing Specialist

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to be part of our European Promotions & Events division.
The successful candidate will possess the capability to devise and implement impactful online marketing strategies across various platforms, including Email and Push notifications. This role involves testing and launching innovative marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, assessing outcomes, and optimizing for maximum effectiveness.
As a key member of the Marketing & Prime organization, you will play a vital role in Amazon's promotional events, including significant occasions such as Prime Day and Black Friday & Cyber Monday.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Specialist (f/m) for Amazon's Promotions & Events team, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Crafting and executing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement.
- Collaborating with multiple internal teams to create captivating experiences for promotional events.
- Delivering measurable results through effective project management, testing concepts, creating campaigns, analyzing performance data, and addressing challenges.
- Utilizing data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and guide new initiatives.
- Providing comprehensive performance reports and analyses on projects, taking appropriate actions based on insights.
- Partnering with other teams to facilitate the launch of tests and campaigns.
- Fluency in British English, either as a native speaker or equivalent proficiency.
- Proven experience in professional marketing roles, excluding internships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing successful email engagement programs, particularly lifecycle/nurture campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Experience working with prominent brands or in the entertainment sector, specifically in project or production management.
- Background in e-commerce, startups, advertising, or commercial sectors.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
