Inclusion and Wellbeing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our students, ensuring their academic and personal well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular wellbeing meetings with students to discuss their concerns and provide guidance and support.
- Analyze and identify wellbeing cases, and collaborate with the Wellbeing Manager to develop strategies for support.
- Provide expert advice and information on student wellbeing and pastoral care, and offer support to students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties.
- Manage a caseload of student wellbeing matters, reviewing support needs and logging student outcomes, and communicating with tutors and other central services.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events to promote student wellbeing.
- Plan and organize your workload to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and a proven track record of providing effective support.
- Strong risk assessment and crisis management skills.
