Job Title: Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer

Elizabeth School of London is seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our students, promoting their wellbeing and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular wellbeing meetings with students to discuss their concerns and provide guidance and support.
  • Analyze and identify wellbeing cases, and collaborate with the Wellbeing Manager to develop strategies for support.
  • Provide expert advice and information on student wellbeing and pastoral care, and offer support to students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties.
  • Manage a caseload of student wellbeing matters, reviewing support needs and logging student outcomes, and communicating with tutors and other central services.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events to promote student wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Plan and organize your workload, and contribute to longer-term plans and programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • Proven ability in risk assessments and crisis management.
