Wellbeing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our student support services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and academic success of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular wellbeing meetings with students to discuss their concerns and provide guidance and support.
- Analyse and identify wellbeing cases, and work closely with the Wellbeing Manager to develop and implement support plans.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on student wellbeing and pastoral care, and support students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties.
- Manage a caseload of student wellbeing matters, reviewing support needs and communicating with tutors and other central services.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of wellbeing workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or a related subject.
- Experience in risk assessments and crisis management.
- Competitive salary range of £26,000 - £28,000 annually.
