Wellbeing Support Specialist

We are seeking a Wellbeing Officer to join our London campus at Elizabeth School of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting wellbeing meetings with students to discuss their problems and provide guidance and advice.
- Analysing and identifying wellbeing cases and sharing reports with the Wellbeing Manager.
- Providing support for students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties affecting their learning.
- Managing a caseload of student wellbeing matters, reviewing support needs, and communicating with tutors and other central services.
- Helping the Wellbeing Manager deliver workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or related subjects.
- Experience in risk assessments and crisis management.
