Job Title: Inclusion and Wellbeing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Inclusion and Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct wellbeing meetings with students to discuss their problems and concerns.
  • Analyse and identify wellbeing cases, and share reports with the Wellbeing Manager.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care, including support for students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties.
  • Manage a caseload of student wellbeing matters, reviewing support needs and logging student outcomes, and communicating with tutors and other central services.
  • Assist the Wellbeing Manager in delivering workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events.
  • Plan and organize your own workload, and contribute to longer-term plans and programmes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or a related subject.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • Experience in risk assessments and crisis management.
