About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at CareTech UK. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children in all aspects of daily living, including maintaining relationships with friends and family, and encouraging integration in the community.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A manual UK driving licence is required for use of company vehicles.
  • Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am.
  • Rotating shifts may include weekends.
  • Desirable: Children's Residential level 3 qualification or equivalent.
