About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at ROC Northwest, providing high-quality residential care and education for children and young people with mental health conditions, Autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our children in all aspects of daily living, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Encourage positive relationships with friends and family, and facilitate integration into the community through activities and events.
  • Safeguard our children, reporting any concerns or suspicions of harm.
  • Undertake basic housekeeping duties when required, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • A manual UK driving licence is required to use company vehicles.
  • Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am, with rotating shifts.
  • Desire to help others and a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
  • Children's Residential level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
