Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives, including education, personal care, and leisure activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of children and young people.
- Participate in sleep-ins and long day shifts, including weekends.
Requirements:
- Desirable: Children's Residential Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Manual UK driving licence required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
