About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker for Children and Youth Residential, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interactions, relationships, and community integration.
  • Monitor and report any concerns or incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Participate in activities and outings that promote fun, engagement, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • Manual UK driving license (for use of company vehicles)
  • Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins, and rotating shifts
  • Desire to support others and make a positive impact
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic housekeeping duties and other tasks as required
