Role Details:
As a Supportive Education Assistant, your contribution will be vital in fostering the emotional, social, and academic growth of our students. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering personalized and small group assistance to students with special educational needs, ensuring they are fully engaged in their educational journey.
  • Supporting the creation and execution of tailored learning strategies.
  • Providing emotional and behavioral guidance, aiding students in overcoming their challenges and boosting their self-esteem.
  • Working collaboratively with educators, families, and external professionals to secure optimal outcomes for our students.
  • Establishing a safe and encouraging atmosphere where students feel appreciated and supported.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in supporting children with special educational needs, especially in a pastoral capacity.
  • A nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • A strong commitment to the welfare and growth of each student.
  • Relevant qualifications or a readiness to pursue further training.
