As an **Outdoor Education Student Support Facilitator**, you will be instrumental in enhancing student achievement and fostering an environment conducive to learning, enabling students to realize their full potential. Your role will involve promoting the social, emotional, and behavioral development of students while keeping track of their overall progress.

Assisting students with intricate Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) requirements is both a challenge and a rewarding experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist students facing emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties in accordance with the school's ethos and SEN Code of Practice;
  • Adhere to the school's Safeguarding principles by implementing safeguarding policies and procedures;
  • Promote Citizenship and British values;
  • Participate in daily organized activities, many of which include physical outdoor components, even in challenging weather conditions;

Our ideal candidate for the Outdoor Education Student Support Facilitator role will possess:

  • GCSEs with grades C/4 or higher in English and Maths
  • Qualifications in Outdoor Education
  • A valid UK Driving Licence and a readiness to travel
