Key Responsibilities- Work closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with SEN, promoting positive behaviour and social skills.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to behaviour support.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
- Experience working with pupils with SEN and implementing behaviour support strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of pupils and schools.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and child protection training.
- A competitive daily rate of £70-£85, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
