About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children in all aspects of daily living, including maintaining relationships with friends and family, and encouraging integration in the community.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment, safeguarding children and reporting any concerns or suspicions of harm.
  • Undertake basic housekeeping duties and participate in activities such as watching movies, reading, and engaging in games and hobbies.
Requirements
  • A manual UK driving licence is required to use company vehicles.
  • Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am, and rotating shifts that may include weekends.
  • Desire to help others and a passion for working with children and young people.
