Children's Residential Support Worker Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs in a safe and nurturing environment.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to our service users, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. This will involve engaging in various activities, such as:
- Encouraging social interaction and relationships with peers and family members
- Supporting daily living skills, such as personal care and household management
- Participating in educational and recreational activities, tailored to individual needs
- Providing emotional support and guidance, promoting resilience and confidence
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to:
