Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust seeks a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to provide vital support within our Early Intervention in Psychosis Services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting with First Episode Psychosis.
  • Effectively manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs, providing tailored support and interventions.
  • Offer expert guidance and mentorship to the wider team, contributing to best practice and collaborative care.
  • Act as a dedicated Care Coordinator, ensuring seamless coordination of services for each client.
  • Supervise students and junior staff, fostering their professional development and growth within the field.
  • Actively participate in service development initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Contribute to profession-specific assessments, utilizing your expertise to inform clinical decision-making.
