Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Health Practitioner to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our service users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic support to individuals to improve and maintain their mental and physical health and wellbeing in their care environment.
  • Maintain and promote a safe environment, identifying and reporting hazards and risks in a timely manner, and raising safeguarding concerns.
  • Work a full range of shifts as required by the service, with the possibility of working at other Trust units and/or sites.
  • Participate in physical interventions training and be physically able to carry out all duties required of the care setting.

Benefits

  • High-Cost Area Allowance: 5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,192 per year and a maximum payment of £2,011 per year.
