Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Health Practitioner to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic support to patients and their families, promoting mental and physical health and wellbeing in their care environment.
  • Maintain a safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and identifying/reporting hazards and risks in a timely manner.
  • Work a full range of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required by the service.
  • Participate in physical interventions training and be physically able to carry out all duties required of the care setting.
