**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at Bill's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a great dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide outstanding service to our guests.
  • Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
