Nursery Manager Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the growth and success of our nurturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
- Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication and supporting parents with any Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Alternative and Augmentative Language (ASL) requirements.
- Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner and that these are reported to the Regional Manager.
- Support, supervise, train, and appraise all staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice and develop open and positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
- Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.
Requirements
- Hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Have previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
