About the Role

Busy Bees Day Nursery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the nursery, ensuring every individual child's needs are met.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication.
  • Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Develop and implement high-quality childcare practices, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements, promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
