About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team at Busy Bees Day Nursery in Reigate. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
About the Job
As Assistant Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities and provide exceptional care to our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Establishing strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication.
- Assisting the Nursery Manager in ensuring that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner and that these are reported to the Regional Manager.
- Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising all staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice and develop open and positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Ensuring we encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
- Assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.
About You
We are looking for someone who holds at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and has previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for early childhood development.
