About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Bill's Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
