ITIL Incident Manager

We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our Service Operations team at Leidos. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for providing consistent and efficient management of incidents for our mission-critical enterprise system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incidents from initiation to resolution, ensuring minimal business impact and timely restoration of service.
- Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure effective incident management.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- ITIL v3/4 Foundation Level certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a flexible and pragmatic approach.
- Experience with service desk tools and technologies, including ticketing systems and monitoring software.
