Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Facilities Manager to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds and hotel surroundings are immaculate all year round, while maintaining the highest standards of hotel bedrooms for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of managers to deliver exceptional facilities management services.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to mitigate unforeseen incidents.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create a positive and productive work environment for our live-in teams.
  • Manage the hotel's maintenance needs, including grounds and facilities services.
  • Drive financial success, guest service, and ensure the hotel is safe and secure.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures to manage budgets effectively.
  • Conduct regular Health, Safety, and Fire Audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a multifaceted department.
  • Previous experience working with external contractors.
  • Strong financial management skills, including managing P&L and identifying cost-saving measures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits.
