Facilities Management Supervisor

Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00-07:30
Overtime: Opportunity for additional hours available

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fostering a culture of safety that aligns with company and client Health & Safety protocols at all times.
  • Guaranteeing the delivery and quality of facilities management operations meet the highest standards while adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Ensuring that policies, procedures, and controlled documents are current and correctly implemented within your area, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Engaging, training, and effectively managing the facilities management team to meet performance objectives.
  • Overseeing the budget for labor, equipment, and resources for the contract in accordance with company targets.
  • Completing schedules, timesheets, payroll, and other necessary documentation to ensure cleaning operations align with operational requirements.
  • Managing third-party suppliers or contractors to ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements, including waste management, laundry, tailoring, and pest control services.
  • Collaborating with clients to enhance the delivery of facilities management services.

  • Proven experience in cleaning management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams to achieve results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating and engaging teams.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels.
  • Quality and process-oriented with a strong emphasis on delivering results.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures in alignment with client agreements.
  • Proficient in IT applications (MS Office, Email).
