ITIL Incident Manager

We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our Service Operations team at Leidos Innovations UK LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incidents for a mission-critical enterprise system, ensuring minimal business impact and restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective incident management processes and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate incident response activities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize incident resolution activities.
- Provide technical documentation and reports to stakeholders, including incident summaries and root cause analyses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in incident management, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
- ITIL v3/4 Foundation Level certification.
- Proven experience in incident management, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with service desk software and tools, including incident management and problem management.
