Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our Service Operations team at Leidos Innovations UK LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incidents for a mission-critical enterprise system, ensuring minimal business impact and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective incident management processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize incident resolution.
  • Manage and coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Provide training and support to team members on incident management processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundation Level certification.
  • Proven experience in incident management, preferably in a defence or intelligence environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with service desk management and customer liaison.
