About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team at Rise at Seven | Search-First Creative Agency. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Work closely with Account Directors and Client Services Director to ensure smooth running of accounts
  • Input and support Account Managers or Directors on client meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is presented in a clear and concise manner
  • Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams working on client accounts, keeping them informed on account performance and progress
  • Showcase agency work to clients, highlighting the value and impact of our services
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and increase our impact, working collaboratively with internal teams and senior management to achieve results
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital account management role
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and ability to analyze data to inform client strategies
