About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team at Rise at Seven | Search-First Creative Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering exceptional results, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
    • Understand client challenges and work with internal teams to advise on effective solutions
    • Keep clients informed of their account performance and provide clear recommendations for improvement
  • Account Management
    • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
    • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
    • Monitor competitor activity and provide proactive ideas for new products and services
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior management to ensure seamless project execution
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure account success
    • Provide regular reporting to clients and internal stakeholders on account performance and progress
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital account management role or equivalent
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
