- Work closely with the Account Directors and Client Services Director to ensure smooth running of accounts and drive business growth.
- Input and support Account Managers or Directors on client meetings, ensuring that slides are up-to-date and completed on time.
- Ensure that all the right people are attending client meetings, ensuring everyone understands their role and how they can add value.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
- Showcase our work to clients, helping them to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities to grow their accounts.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and increase our impact, working collaboratively with internal teams and senior management to get things done.
- Understand client challenges and work with the right experts at Rise to advise on the most effective deployment of our services.
- Keep internal teams up-to-date with account performance, provide clarity on client objectives, and input into monthly client reports.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, understanding priorities, and organizing them accordingly to accommodate ad-hoc client requests.
- Own account results, define if they met or exceeded objectives, and identify ways to improve.
- Spot opportunities to grow client business and work closely with Account Directors and Senior Account Directors to highlight future opportunities.
- Provide proactive ideas and stimulus on new products and services, and innovation in and outside of client categories.
- Put together account plans and opportunity analysis for clients and provide feedback to internal teams on where our focus should be.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of client satisfaction and impact on business growth by retaining accounts.
- Good understanding of service offerings.
- Anticipated salary range of £23-30K depending on experience and location.
