We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team at Rise at Seven | Search-First Creative Agency. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results, and driving business growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring efficient and careful management of both new and existing client accounts.
  • Work closely with the Account Directors and Client Services Director to ensure smooth running of accounts and drive business growth.
  • Input and support Account Managers or Directors on client meetings, ensuring that slides are up-to-date and completed on time.
  • Ensure that all the right people are attending client meetings, ensuring everyone understands their role and how they can add value.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Showcase our work to clients, helping them to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities to grow their accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and increase our impact, working collaboratively with internal teams and senior management to get things done.
  • Understand client challenges and work with the right experts at Rise to advise on the most effective deployment of our services.
  • Keep internal teams up-to-date with account performance, provide clarity on client objectives, and input into monthly client reports.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, understanding priorities, and organizing them accordingly to accommodate ad-hoc client requests.
  • Own account results, define if they met or exceeded objectives, and identify ways to improve.
  • Spot opportunities to grow client business and work closely with Account Directors and Senior Account Directors to highlight future opportunities.
  • Provide proactive ideas and stimulus on new products and services, and innovation in and outside of client categories.
  • Put together account plans and opportunity analysis for clients and provide feedback to internal teams on where our focus should be.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of client satisfaction and impact on business growth by retaining accounts.
  • Good understanding of service offerings.
