Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team at Rise at Seven | Search-First Creative Agency. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, delivering exceptional results, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Account Management: Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Account Directors, Client Services Director, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of client projects.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow client accounts, increase revenue, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, highlighting key performance indicators, and areas for improvement.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a digital account management role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and PR.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Competitive Salary: £23-30K depending on experience and location.
