**Job Summary**
As a Senior Account Manager at Devonshire, you will lead the warehousing and distribution service line of one of our largest client accounts. You will act as the service delivery interface between our in-house client service and operational teams and the Client, to provide operational insight and problem solving through business as usual activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the overall business relationship with key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (internal/external) to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs in regard to our service offering and respond to customer requests, ensuring service levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met at all times.
- Manage the full end-to-end process of campaign delivery, utilizing all internal systems and ways of working as defined and within the required timelines.
- Support the Account Director with the creation of monthly/weekly reporting to include;
- Monthly Management Information (MI) pack
- Weekly forecast
**Requirements**
- A firm competency of Excel.
- A working knowledge of e-commerce principles/systems would be highly advantageous.
- Account Management experience.
