Job Summary
As a Senior Account Manager at Devonshire, you will play a critical role in leading the warehousing and distribution service line for one of our largest client accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our in-house client service and operational teams and the client, providing operational insight and problem-solving expertise through business-as-usual activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the overall business relationship with key clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Understand customer needs in relation to our service offerings and respond to customer requests, ensuring service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Manage the full end-to-end process of campaign delivery, utilizing all internal systems and ways of working as defined and within required timelines.
- Support the Account Director in creating monthly and weekly reporting, including:
- Monthly management information (MI) pack
- Weekly forecast
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with e-commerce principles and systems is highly advantageous.
- Previous account management experience.
