Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Devonshire. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for leading the warehousing and distribution service line for one of our largest client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the overall business relationship with key clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including client service teams and operational teams.
- Service Delivery: Act as the service delivery interface between client service teams and operational teams, providing operational insight and problem-solving through business-as-usual activities.
- Data Analysis: Utilize strong numerical analysis skills to work with, present, and interpret data related to client-owned stock.
- Reporting: Support the Account Director in creating monthly and weekly reporting, including a monthly management information pack and weekly forecast.
Requirements:
- Excel Competency: A firm competency in Excel is required.
- E-commerce Knowledge: A working knowledge of e-commerce principles and systems would be highly advantageous.
- Account Management Experience: Previous experience in account management is essential.
