Location:
Shepshed and Melton Mowbray (Multi-site role - full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential)

Salary:
Up to £32,000 dependent on experience

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Supported Living Manager to lead our established services in Shepshed and Melton Mowbray.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support within our supported housing service.
  • Empower individuals to achieve their life potential by ensuring their tenancy rights are protected and they actively participate in decision-making.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, conducting health monitoring and promoting well-being.
  • Create a high-performing team that reflects our values, promotes equity, and celebrates diversity.
  • Foster effective communication skills and maintain or develop individuals' abilities.
  • Be vigilant, report concerns promptly, and ensure the safety of those we support.
  • Develop and implement plans that support aspirations and skill development.

Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities - deputy manager/team leader/experienced care manager.
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), OR, have the ability to achieve this within 18 months of appointment.
