About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Technical Sales Manager to join our team at ToTaCo - B2B Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Groundworks sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Groundwork products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
  • Experience in managing a team.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary of £70,000.
  • Company car (post-probation).
  • Commission based on revenue with base and stretch targets.
