Progress Sales Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced National Sales and Market Access Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Key Account Managers who sell a range of branded generic respiratory pharmaceuticals into the ICB space. The role demands an experienced National Sales and Market Access Manager with the ability to influence change and deliver outcomes with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and drive formulary and drug switch programmes.
  • Work closely with decision makers, including Medicine Management professionals, PCNs, clinical specialists, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and implement market access strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Key Account Managers to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in National Sales and Market Access roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Respiratory experience is highly desirable.
