Marketing Director for National Theatre Productions

Role Overview:
National Theatre Productions is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead the development and implementation of marketing campaign strategies for our productions in the West End, on tour, and around the world.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in West End theatre strategy and planning, as well as experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaign strategies to maximize revenue across all productions.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure marketing campaigns align with production goals.
Requirements:
- Proven senior level West End Theatre marketing experience.
- Ability to understand and work with a major arts organisation.
- Digitally fluent with experience of creating engaging content and managing data-driven digital advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative and strategic in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Highly commercial with experience in West End ticketing, reporting, and analysis.
