Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team at Page Outsourcing. As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, with a focus on commercial finance and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and improve retention through accurate and timely resolution of finance-related queries.
  • Work closely with the credit control and renewals team to prioritize escalated queries and release payments.
  • Process and correct credits and reinvoices generated by our query resolution team using Salesforce.
  • Interpret and analyze complex data to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure high billing accuracy and resolve any billing issues created from amendments.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within our Finance team and across other departments.
  • Champion and drive the query resolution process within other departments.
  • Manage multiple mailboxes, including the Dunning process.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as determined by the Head of Query Resolution.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance role with transferable skills and experience.
  • Ideal experience of working within Salesforce.
  • Strong experience of using Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
