Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Administration: Provide administrative support to the finance manager, including preparing and processing financial documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Planning: Support the development of financial plans and budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Financial Systems: Maintain and update financial systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Completed up to Level 3 AAT or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a finance function, including experience with financial software and systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience of using financial software and systems.
