About the Role

Guidewire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and business decision-makers
  • Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Fluency in English is required, with an additional secondary European language (German and/or Danish) being a significant advantage

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and an aggressive hunter mentality, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid business acumen, with a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to multitask and manage relationships with customers, partners, and outside consultants
  • Knowledge of IT and software experience is a plus
