Head of Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations Manager to join our team at Next-Link. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the management and development of our operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ongoing management and development of the operations team, evaluating and monitoring performance, and providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure company growth and services development, managing resources efficiently and effectively to meet client requirements.
- Manage all company equipment, stock, vehicles, and uniforms across the UK, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Work closely with other function heads to anticipate future operational needs, managing resources to meet requirements.
- Implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with British Standards and legal requirements.
- Provide detailed and accurate reports to management, highlighting areas of concern and escalating any future challenges or risks.
- Ensure the Operations Team works closely with Finance/Payroll to ensure hours are recorded accurately and pay is processed appropriately for work completed.
- Protect sensitive personal data, ensuring it is handled in full compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, ensuring any communications are dealt with responsively.
- 5+ years' experience in an operational/events environment.
- Proven track record of effective coaching and mentoring.
- Proficient in the use of MS applications, with attention to detail to produce documents of a high standard.
- Must live within a daily commutable distance of Coventry Head Office.
- Must hold UK Driving Licence, extensive UK travel essential.
- L4 Spectator Safety desirable.
- SIA DS license desirable.
- Lantra 12D M6 a must.
