Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the issuance and reception of conflict checks from both UK and international member firms.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders across global offices to establish and nurture professional relationships.
  • Managing the Conflict Check inbox and responding to requests from senior management.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a systematic and adaptable approach to tasks.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks and outputs.
  • Proactive mindset, capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative.
