Position Overview

We are in search of a Conflicts Administrator to enhance our compliance team. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in conducting conflict checks to ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the issuance and receipt of conflict checks from MHA/Baker Tilly International member firms, both within the UK and internationally.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders across global offices to establish and nurture professional relationships.
  • Managing the Conflict Check inbox and responding to requests from senior management within the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated organizational abilities with a systematic and adaptable approach to tasks.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in all responsibilities.
  • Proactive mindset, capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative.
  • Team-oriented, with a focus on collaboration and support.
  • Exhibits a positive and assertive demeanor.
