**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's policies and procedures are in place to avoid conflicts of interest, protect confidential information, and comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle complex legal conflict of interest matters, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead commercial clearances across offices, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Manage medium and high-complexity confidential information issues, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Assist with data protection queries, providing timely and accurate advice to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the firm's internal audit process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Review and update internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Assist with compliance projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in conflicts and compliance, gained at an international law firm or other professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and discretion.
