About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead to join our team at Creative Support. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, ensuring that high-quality support is provided to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, and long-term health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality support services
  • Ensure that caring and respectful personalized support is provided at all times
  • Manage the accommodation and facilities effectively and ensure that they are maintained to a high standard
  • Ensure that the service is provided in accordance with the individual's support plans, the service specification, and CQC requirements
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and commissioners

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or vocational qualification in health or social care
  • Experience in assessing needs and planning support, deploying and supervising staff, and working effectively with stakeholders
  • High level of motivation and personal commitment
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in leadership and management
